How quickly can you respond to an emergency?
We aim to respond as quickly as possible after initial contact. Our emergency line is available 24 hours a day, including weekends and bank holidays. Attendance depends on location, access and current availability.
What training and registration do you hold?

Do you provide documentation?
Where required, we can provide relevant job information and waste transfer documentation for client or property-management records.
How discreet is your service?
Discretion is central to our work. We communicate carefully, protect privacy and treat sensitive situations with respect.
Who do you work with?
We support families, landlords, housing providers, care organisations, businesses, public organisations and commercial clients.

What happens to waste you remove?
All contaminated and biohazardous waste is handled, packaged and transported safely and responsibly in accordance with relevant waste regulations. We use appropriate specialist waste disposal procedures to ensure waste is taken to an authorized facility for safe treatment and disposal, protecting our customers, the public and the environment.
Can I get a quote before booking?
Absolutely. We provide clear, tailored quotations before any work begins, wherever possible. Depending on the type of job, we may be able to provide a quote from the information and photographs you provide, or arrange an assessment if we need more details. For emergency call-outs, we will discuss the requirements and costs with you before proceeding wherever circumstances allow.
What types of specialist cleaning do you provide?
We provide trauma and crime scene cleaning, biohazard removal, decontamination and sanitization, sharps removal, contaminated waste packaging, odor control, property restoration and specialist commercial cleaning.
How much does your service cost?
Every job is different, so we provide a tailored quotation based on the type and extent of cleaning required, the level of contamination, property size and any specialist waste disposal involved.
